Expert Court Testimony

We are qualified to provide expert testimony in dependency and family court hearings to determine the best placement for a child or children.

We provide an unbiased court testimony on parenting assessments, counseling, and parenting education conducted by our therapists regarding the facts of  a parent’s ability to safely parent their child. This may include their parenting skills, their family and parenting history, the potential for abusive behavior, parenting stresses, and other relevant factors.

For more than two decades, The Patrick Group has provided state-ordered individual and family counseling services for at risk families in Western and Eastern Washington. Our therapists are bachelor's and master's degree professionals with specialized training in multiple parenting education disciplines.  We conduct parenting assessments and testify to them in dependency and family courts.
